THE STAFF Leadership Mentoring Program develops
employees’ individual careers and supports UIC’s supervisory, departmental, and
institutional advancement. This is a structured mentorship program that matches
mentors and protégés and provides guidance and support over the course of
a year.
THE PROGRAM is open to both Academic Professionals
and Civil Service employees. Individuals are encouraged to participate as
mentors, protégés, or both. Ideal participants are those who demonstrate
an interest in developing their own careers or in helping to foster the careers
of others.
